  3. Dreampatron will not become involved in disputes between you and Patrons relating to the use of the Services and the Deliverables.

  1. Dreampatron’s subscription service is 100% FREE for Artists to use.

    2. After Dreampatron charges a Patron’s credit card, the Patron is not entitled to a refund. If under certain atypical circumstances Dreampatron nevertheless grants a refund (for example the Artist does not fulfill the Deliverable obligation), Artist shall be liable to Dreampatron for the Fee on the refunded amount, and any associated transaction costs, such that the Patron receives the full amount of any refund and Dreampatron receives the appropriate fee income on the refunded amount.
    3. Dreampatron shall use commercially reasonable efforts to collect the funds from the Patrons; however, Dreampatron does not, and cannot, guarantee that we will collect the full amount of funding that was committed by the Patrons.
    4. Dreampatron will retain, as fees paid by each Patron, 10% of the funds generated by each monthly campaign, up to a total fee amount of $999.99. However, if an Artist generates over $1000 per month from Patrons, then Dreampatron is entitled to retain 15% of the funds generated.
    5. Our fees and other charges related to using the Services are subject to change on 7 days’ prior notice from Dreampatron to you. We may provide notice by posting the changes to the Dreampatron website at or the settings menu of your Dreampatron account via an announcement or by email to the email address you provided to us when you registered for the Service.
  4. You consent to Dreampatron’s collection of monthly subscription fees and donations every month, the calculation, retention, and payment of our fee, and the remittance of remaining funds from Patrons.
  5. Dreampatron will pay the appropriate amount of funds to you 30 days after the last day of the month in which Dreampatron receives funds from your Patrons. For example, if you raised $400 in January, you would receive $360 by March 1st.
  6. You are responsible for paying any additional fees or taxes associated with your funding.
  7. In the event of a dispute between you and a Patron or between us and a Patron with respect to a payment from a Patron, you hereby release us now and forever from any claims, damages, or demands of any kind, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and the Services.
